One thing that I didn't see that we will need to add, where it would be easy to find, is FAQ. Maybe on the top of the main page of the website?
If it is already there, I apologize...but if I missed it, maybe it is an indication that it is not obvious enough. :)

Honey...it is right at the top of the page of the forum.....;). And I just finished laboroulsy putting the format (HTML only) from your word doc....please check it out.
