Hi Guys,
GOTR is over and I can start joining the evening group sessions, yea! Quick question on the calendar - I love how it shows what we are doing and when, but I'm assuming the location for the weights - do we meet on the 2nd floor? Do you recommend Plyos and weights back to back?
