Just wanted to give kudos to the group that did the plyos and conditioning last night.....over 20 folk there, even though it was the eve before Thanksgiving and just great energy and work ethic. Be careful, if you keep doing this you may just get very fit and strong. Have a great Thanksgiving.

What a great way to convert strenght to speed!!! All that pain and hard breathing felt really good :D!!
It was also really motivational seeing the enthusiasm and energy everyone was displaying.
