Canned food drive this weekend!

I am hosting a canned food drive this saturday November 14th at my office from 8am-12pm.

Just bring in 3 cans of food and get:

* New patient spinal examination or an adjustment (for current patients)
* Relaxing chair massage
* Holistic Nutrition Evaluation (by a certified nutritionist)

I will be there with cans in hand. I require an hour back and neck massage. I'm sore every cotton-picken day from lifting, plyos and the like. Please use your leadership skills to make this happen. I assume you won't snatch some of the canned goods and surprise your wife with extra groceries for dinner.

Thanks Tiana and Rae for stopping by and supporting the food drive. We had a great turnout and fild the giant box with food in a little under 3 hrs.
