Great to see you guys getting strong cores from the conditioning work! This will pay off... big time next year.

We had big groups on Wed and Fri night with a lot of people coming out for the first time. Next week will be much easier, stay consistent and you will be amazed at the results.

Those were indeed big groups on the last Wednesday and Friday downtown Y’s conditioning sessions.

It was inspiring to see the level of enthusiasm and focus all of you were displaying during the sessions. Good job everyone.

For those of you, who were out there for the first time, expect some degree of muscle soreness in the next few days. As your body gets more accustomed to the demands of conditioning, you will gradually experience less and less muscle soreness.

Hope to see you next Wednesday and Friday.

Remember, starting next Monday, Nov 16th, the 6 PM Monday conditioning session will change to a 6 PM swim session. (Downtown Y schedule only).

I think my abs are broken. Or at least sprained. I'm really glad we are swimming tonight and not doing the ball throwing thing. I need to find a partner that doesn't throw so hard! :)

Stay with it everyone. I remember saying some of these same comments after beginning conditioning. I thought at times I had permanently damaged myself. Stay consistent with it and it will get better. I probably won't venture out and start these until December.

Sorry Chris, I hope your abs/ribs are starting to feel better. I was the spirited medicine ball thrower last Friday. My intentions were not to cause harm. For me, it was a great workout!
