Hey guys!

We had uneventful flights into Phoenix yesterday and have settled into the house here in Mesa with a few of Casey's Triabetes teammates.

The weather here is perfect...sunny and warm, in the 70's. Casey checked in today, got his packet, assembled his bike and went for a ride this afternoon. I got to go to Trader Joes while they went out on their bikes. Love that place!

Having dinner here at the house tonight and then up early tomorrow for the Gatorade practice swim in the mucky water that makes Clocktower look clean. Tomorrow, Casey will spend the day getting his race gear together and then off his feet as much as possible. I plan to relax at the pool here with a beer (or two).

We saw Sue and Justine today....they are looking happy and ready to race!

If you want to follow them on Sunday, go to www.ironman.com (http://www.ironman.com) and click on the link for Ironman Arizona. Enter the athlete's last name and track their progress on-line.

All for now....

One more thing. I have never thought there was anything useful about twitter....but I've finally found a use. I'll be posting twitter updates on how Casey, Sue and Justine are doing at this site:

https://twitter.com/BoiseatAZIM

I'll definitely be updating it over the course of the day Sunday.

Peace out!

Rae; Joe, Ken and I will give you a call Fri afternoon. Fiesta time! Margaritas and mexican food! Sue said she would be up for it Friday night. Take a look at Monti's, the place you can see right next to transition. Its the local legend. We should be settled in by 3:30 or so.
