I invite you all to place your individual orders with me for club ProBar orders. In exchange for brand exposure (modest sticker / logo placement) and personal testimonials (recommending the product out in the world), Boise Y Tri Club members have been extended a pro deal which is 43% off MSRP and 32% off recent pricing that I saw at the Boise Co-Op.

ProBar cannot do individual orders for each member, nor can they fulfill orders by the bar. In other words, I will aggregate individual orders into one large monthly order, and each individual order placed with me must be done by the case (12 bars of one flavor). Ordering, payment, and logistics will happen as follows.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
As stated above, I will aggregate individual orders into one large order. This also means I alone will need to pay ProBar for the aggregated club order, but first you all will need to pay me for your individual orders. So, once a month around the middle of the month, I will announce an order here on the forum.
Please email me first with just the number of cases and flavors that you want. Do not send PayPal payment initially. Once the order deadline (in the post title above) has passed and I know how many cases will be in the order, I will contact Probar to obtain the cost of shipping for the order, and then I will communicate totals due. Members ordering should then send me their PayPal payments including their portion of shipping. I will place the order once payments have all been received.

Once you have a PayPal account, send your ProBar order payment and details to me via my Yahoo email address that is used in any mass club email (I don't want to post it here for fear of spam). In addition to using my Yahoo email address, when initiating your order / payment to me on PayPal please:
use the "Personal" as opposed to "Purchase" tab presented to you
select the "Payment owed" button on the aforementioned "Personal" tab
Again once I receive payments, I will place the aggregated order with ProBar for all individual orders I have received via PayPal.
LOGISTICS
The aggregated order will be sent to the Club’s / Harold’s office at the downtown Y. I or someone in the office will communicate that the ProBars have arrived and are ready for pick up.
PLEASE NOTE: Any cases not picked up within a timely manner i.e. prior to the next month’s order announcement, will become property of the club for use at the club officers’ discretion. You are responsible for remembering to pick up your order.
IN SUMMARY
There will be a monthly order announcement on the Club forum
You will have until the stated deadline to submit details of your order to Decker's Yahoo email address
Shipping and total costs will be calculated then communicated, payments should be sent via PayPal, and then the order will be placed
There will be an announcement on the Club forum that the order has arrived at the Club's / Harold's office in the downtown Y
Pick up your order at the Club's / Harold's office in the downtown Y within a timely manner i.e. prior to the next month’s order announcement, or your order will become property of the club for use at the club officers’ discretion
