Tues/Thurs Computrainer rides at 1:30.

Chad Williams and I will be riding the computrainers on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 1:30 if you would like to join us. Will ride for at least 60, possibly 90 minutes. After we burn through Harold's selection of Tri videos I'll start renting inspirational tri/biking/running videos from blockbuster.com. Please be in the basement ready to set up by 1:20 so that we can be cranking out the watts by 1:30 sharp.

Thanks James and Chad for offering this. For those of you who can make it, go for it. Getting some regular miles in during the winter in a safe and supportive environment is a leg up on all of your competitors; and it will fit in perfectly with the proposed schedules that begin in January.

We are Computraining today at 1:30 and will do our lactate threshold test on the computrainers on Thursday the 10th at 1:30 if anybody else wants to join us. Please be in the room with your bike ready to set-up by 1:20 so we can be riding at 1:30.
