I raced this last year and it was a lot of fun, plus a great workout.

Saturday, January 16 at 9:00 a.m.
Entry fee: $10(Aeros Members), $25(non-Aeros).

500 yard pool swim (honor system; you will do this swim on your own prior to January 16th). Based on your time you will be seeded on the computrainers, with the slowest people starting at 9am Saturday January 16th.

The bike will be 10 miles on the Aeros' computrainers at Rob Adam's House of Pain near Warmsprings. Immediately following your bike leg you will run 3.4 miles on the green belt.

25 slots available. If you've been to the Aeros computrainers before you will know how to sign up, if you don't know how, just e-mail Rob Adams at sundog99@msn.com (sundog99@msn.com) and ask him to sign you up.

Last day to get your 500 yard time emailed to Rob at sundog99@msn.com if you want to race the FrozenDog Tri this weekend.

Saturday morning, 10 mile TT on computrainers at the BoiseAeros garage off Warmsprings, followed immediately by 3 mile run on greenbelt.

A race like this is a great way to test your anaerobic threshold heart rate to use during your other computrainer sessions.
