Until you hear otherwise from Kevin or Tom, the usual sessions are in place at both the DT and West sites.:)

I've asked Kevin to laiase with Tom to see which of the sessions can be manned over the break and which cannot. Having said that, I also want the coaches to get some sort of a break over the holidays so that they can be ready for a very full program, beginning Jan 4th.:(

Volunteers to man the pool during tri-swims on Mondays and Saturdays would be welcome, as would any other sessions.

We're keeping the computrainers open during all Y opening hours, so use them as needed.

Tom is running his West YMCA Practices in the morning from Mon-Wed this week (21-23) and Mon-Thurs next week (28-31).

So there is no change to the West Y sessions apart from the times when the Y is closed.

DT Y practices will run like normal until the 24th. However, from Dec 26 to Jan 4 there won't be any coached practices.

Masters swims will run as usual.

The times will still be available and such, we'd love for you to work out...recommend it even, but the DT coaches will be taking a short break the week between Christmas & New Years.

Cheers,
Happy Holidays:D

So are the West Y sessions cancelled as well next week or just downtown? (Dec. 28-Jan 3)?

It is on like Donkey Kong out West Mon - Thurs for now. After the Monday and Tuesday sessions, I will evaluate whether to continue Wed. and Thurs. based on participation.
