Hey All,
A friendly reminder.... we have a wide array of weekday/midday coached workouts on the calendar.
Tuesday/Thursday/Wed/Fri late morning compi rides and Wed. morning track sessions, to name a few.
I just did my 10-mile TT on the compi yesterday and now have my training zones so that I'm not just "throwing spaghetti to the wall hoping it'll stick". Thanks Tom!
Also, as Tiana mentioned in a previous thread, there is now a 6:15am coached swim at West Y every Mon, Wed & Fri, as well as an informal (non-coached, but workout provided) Saturday mornings at 9am.
Hope to see more of us taking advantage of our memberships!
