Well done to all who survived plyos, the dreaded 'bunnies' (or burnies as Hortie calls them, I refer to them as the curse of the WereRabbit.) and harness workout. Followed by weights it was quite a workout requiring much needed sustenance at The Hollow. Those fries! It was a great turnout - about 18 or so at one point squeezed around those tables! :D
