Has any one seen waljoe??
I was riding the computrainer the other morning and heard a wimper from the back of the room. I turned to find a very depressed trainer #3. She said " have you seen my joe? He has only ridden me 1x all month and I feel lonely." I said that I had not but there was a rumor going around that he was cheating on her with a volley ball.
(I guess its a similar to the relationship that Tom Hanks had with Wilson.)
Joe, we can overlook it. We just want you back. Even if you feel the need to bring your volley ball friend. Bring Tiana with you to.
Love you man!

Dude....I talked to Casey yesterday....I agreed....Tue/Thur morn I will come say hi to my little compu. Going to get work done on the knee Tuesday afternoon.....hopefully that helps.
Having said that, I am a better volleyball player than triathlete right now. And I SUCK at volleyball. Oh boy.
Speaking of, your local friendly vball team earned a tourney spot....first round next Tuesday night. :D

Alright Joey, you missed another session. You need to realize there is more to life than being a Professional Recreational League Volleyball player. I know the chicks dig you at the rec. center, and you enjoy wearing the combo. of spandex and knee pads, but get it together. I also get the fact that beating up on teams with names like "Will Play 4 Beer" ,
"Hot Balls" and " Sandbox Ballers" has some appeal, but the season is almost over and where will you be then? Lose the knee pads and
get on your bike. Im sure there are girls on the Tri club that will pretend to think your hot. And 1 more thing, don't give me the knee excuse. If you can prance and dance on the volleyball court you can ride a bike!

Waaaiiitttt a second. I was there this morning, Doc. Where were you? And don't give me any "my knee hurt" excuse....I know you are up at 4:00 AM every morning anyway (it's what older folks like yourself do). You could have at least come down to cheer me on....I needed it as I was near vomit stage at the end (apparently a little out of shape).
I'll see you Tuesday, sir.

You are right I was up. I was just not there. So I missed 2 days in the past 4 months and you have been there 2 days in the last 4 months.
Glad to hear you are back on track. Did you wear your knee pads on the bike this morning? Glad to hear you were near the vomit stage. Let that be a lesson to you for the next time you think about slacking.
