Lucky Peak swim next week?

Any plans for a dip up at Barclay Bay next week? I figure if I'm gonna get in cold water I may as well drive a bit further and go for it!

I'm down, depending on the forecast. If there's a warm day next week one evening I say we go for it!

I was thinking about a drive up there tonight after the ride. Go splash around for a bit and see how bad it is!

I,m ready for for a dip in the Bay. Late afternoon is the best time- the afterwork boaters start arriving after 5pm. Keep up the chatter til then.

One of my friends went up last night and temped the water... said it was 54 degrees 20 feet from shore, 3 feet down. Chilly, but doable. I'm thinking Sunday afternoon is when I'll take the plunge. It's supposed to be in the low 70's.:eek:

Since we're doing a group swim Monday, I think I'll head up to Lucky Peak Sunday if anyone is interested. Maybe around 1p? I may even bring a 6-pack to share for the brave souls who show up!
