What do you recommend for training the rest of this week if we are participating in the Camel's Back duathlon on Saturday?

Wednesday: 3 x 1 mile bric, same as usual; did mine with Breck this a.m. and we blasted it....no holding back.
Thursday: Easy ride of 20 - 25 miles.
Friday: Morning or Lunch bike intervals but easy ride to Optimist and then only 6 x 1 mile but at 70% effort only and no more.
