Good luck Harold! I wish I was able to go with you guys this year. Hey, wasn't Buff Springs my idea in the first place?!?!??!

Additionally, Trish Deim and Ryan Lund from Aeros are going to CDA as well. Word in the street is Trish is going for a place deep into the pain cave to push her limits. I dunno WTF that means, because if winning your AG at IM St. G (Kona slot) then again at Boise 70.3 a few weeks later wasn't enough, I'm baffled. A few of us have ridden with Ryan, so I'm excited to see his bike split.

Rock it Junior McD! Have a great race.

Especially you Harold. You have been there to train us and cheer us. I wish we could all be there to cheer YOU on. Just know we will be there in

Also good luck to Erik Antink doing the snootie frenchy 140.6 on sunday as well. (just kidding Hortie).
