Summer Schedule 2010
Swimming:
All pond swim are in Veteran’s Pond. There a 3 noon pond swims per week, 1evening pond swim and 1 Saturday pond swim. There will still be a swim clinic on a Friday, but now at noon instead of 11.00 am.
Swim video analysis is still available but not scheduled at a specific time. Please contact Kevin directly if you want to set up a private swim video session (new TV, camera).
Biking:
All bike sessions leave from Camel’s Back (CB). Please note the new start time of 5.45 pm for the Tuesday and Thursday sessions. Tuesday’s rides are drop rides with Kyle and Neil, however, Neil will be riding slightly slower to accommodate less speedy riders, but he is not a sweeper. The course will be the same every week so that everyone knows the route, i.e. Hill Rd, Beacon Light, left on Eagle, left on Floating Feather, Hill Rd.
Thursday’s ride is a group ride with either Neil or Christine as the sweeper.
Friday morning intervals leave from CB at 9.30 am or Gary/Hill at 10.00 am and will use the Optimist circuit.
Friday noon intervals leave from CB and will use the Optimist circuit.
Friday’s evening intervals leave from CB at 5.30 pm or Hidden Springs at 6.15 pm. Kevin and Neil are the coaches. Riders should ride in their ability group.
Sunday’s rides leave from CB at 9.00 am (please don’t arrive at 9.05 am!) and should be steady rides. There will be a sweeper on these rides.
We’re introducing rides out of the West Y on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9.30 am. These rides will leave directly from the West Y and will meet up with the DT group around Optimist Park.
Running:
The Monday evening and Saturday morning runs leave out of Veteran’s Parking lot immediately after the swim. The Wednesday bric sessions all take place at the Boise High School track. You will need a bike trainer for the bric sessions
