Ironman distance training

Is there currently and/or will there be any full IM distance group training w/ the club provided this year or next?

Hey rae, I am planning on doing an I'm distance aquabike so I will bike with you whenever you want (my schedule is open after 11 or 12 on weekdays) and I told trish I would pace her in open water swims when she wants so I don't know if you want to join for that. If you don't have my number let me know and ill text u it

Rachel - There is a group of us currently training for IMAZ this coming November.

Plus a group of two training for Ironman Canada in 8 weeks.

I realize there is a growing number of us who are either training for one of the fulls this year and/or next. My question is whether or not the Club will be offering any full-distance specific training or club sessions for these athletes this year and/or next?

Hey Rae,

Nice riding this morning. Yes, I'm putting together a full Ironman training regime for anyone doing Arizona and the one (Norb) doing Canada this year. I've given the schedule to those racing but anyone is welcome to 'come along' on any of the long rides. I'll e-mail the plan to you directly on Monday.
