Tonight is one of the best bike workouts, for improving power, fitness, and speed. We meet at Camel’s Back at 5pm or corner of Hill and Gary lane a little before 5:30. Depending on whom shows up we will split up into groups based on abilities (so groups stay together). Then, the fun begins… :D
Essentially 10 x 1 mile at race pace or harder with a short recovery.
There is a circuit of 3 laps (1k up Seamans Gulch, 1 mile west on Hill, and 1 mile back east on Hill) that we go through three times plus one lap.
It is supposed to be cold with a chance of rain tonight which will add to our challenge; the challenge being grabbing the right gear for the ride. Choosing wisely will mean you can enjoy the weather conditions while building both your fitness & your character...
