Hey guys,
I'll be leading a group ride Friday evenings starting tomorrow! We'll leave Camels Back park at 5:45pm for a 20-25mile ride. Pace will be between 18-21mph depending on wind conditions.
I'll arrive at 5:40pm to go over pack riding 'rules of survival' for anyone who is new to group riding or just wants a refresher.
The plan is to make this a good ride for beginners and first timers, as well as a good recovery ride for experienced cyclist.
Over the next month or so this ride may change into our Friday interval session that we did last year. It would be Harold's call. There will be no sustained intervals this Friday, March 27.
Plan on leaving at 5:45 sharp, we'll pedal quite easy the first mile or two to warmup and allow anyone to catch up who may be running late.
