Hello everyone, I am one of the new guys to the club. I travel for work and not home much during the week. But this week I have some time off. Would love to know where and when you meet and what to bring. Look forward to meeting the club members. Thnks Brian Molloy

Welcome to the club! We look forward to meeting you and having a new training partner.
here is the current schedule of workouts. It will change when the club is officially launched in november. You can refer to the calendar section of the web page for details.
Mondays - 6pm - meet at Ann Frank Memorial on greenbelt for a 45 to 1 hour run
Tuesdays - 5.30 Pm - meet at Camels back for a tempo bike - around 25 miles at a good pace
Wednesdays - 5.30pm - meet at Boise High track for a brick session. You would need a bike trainer, bike, running shoes. If you don't have a trainer, let us know and we can try to find you one. We do 10 mins of biking followed by a mile run. Number of repeats depends on your current fitness, goals etc...
Fridays - 5pm at camels back or 5.30 at Gary lane and HIll road. Intervals on the bike.
Saturday - 9 Am at clocktower pond or at downtown pool. swim 1 hour or less, then run 1 hour.
Sunday - 9Am - Meet a Camels back for a 35 mile bike or longer.
I hope this helps...There are groups meeting to swim throughout the week. For structured swim group workout, those will start in November.
