Tempo Trainer

I'm considering purchasing a tempo trainer to wear under my cap, in effort to help with my swim stroke, timing, etc. Has anyone used one of these before and if so, was it helpful?

Hey Rae,

Peter Ney and his wife Laurel Hill had me use them when I was swimming with them at BSU. Peter threw together some really good stroke rate workouts using them. I think a company called 'Finnis' made them.

I would say they are worth the $10 or so.
