5.45 pm in the usual place, but probably get there early to secure a decent place on the 'grid line'!!!:)

Nice work on the track last night! I must admit I've been looking forward to these sessions again. While I was setting up my trainer a little tear came to my eye thinking of great BRIC memories on the track last fall - especially the one where Harold spit on me while I was turning the corner. Please, I beg you, do NOT run behind Harold. I knew I needed a shower after my last mile, but that was ridiculous.

Oh, and Antonio, must you bring up LaBuda already? That one came of out the archives. I was just getting used to the other nicknames....Yo Mama, Hey Ma, Mom, and one other I can't repeat.
