I guess Harold posted too late for at least 5 of us to know the BRIC session was cancelled. Anyway, 5 of us had a good, but wet BRIC session. Kyle, Lee, Katy, Lori and I braved the elements and are stonger athletes because of it. Oh, yeah we are also soaked and freezing. :eek:

Sorry for the lateness of the posting. I waited until as late as I could to make the call just in case the rain stopped and we could do the brics. So, kudos to the 5 of you for doing bike-run-rain! But the positive aspect of this is that it is an indication of the hardiness of the type of folk that we have in the club.

14 of us showed up for the fartlek......we got soaked, cold, and fitter!
