Sunday Ride

Hi there - is it possible to publish the Sunday route for those of us that get dropped like hot rocks? I'd like to ride whatever it may be, but I usually lose the group after 10 miles.

Tom has offered to lead the ride tomorrow and will be taking us out to Idaho City. Leaving Camel's Back at 9.00 a.m. Distance is approximately 70 miles so if you weigh greater than 170 lbs then pack at least 1400 calories, if you weigh less than 170 lbs then pack approximately 1200 calories. Tom says that there is a shoulder to ride on most of the way so it should be good. The pace should be modest, not eyeballs out, but will pick up a little nearer the end!

Changes to the calendar. We're going to start our Tuesday, Thursday and Friday rides at 5.30 pm instead of 5.45 pm.

Next Friday's bike intervals will be at Hidden Springs. More info on that during the week.

We should start pond swimming next Saturday, if the weather is good.

The ride sounds so fun! I am bummed that I won't be joining...but it will be a beautiful day for it.
Dumb me...burned my lungs inhaling amonia and out of commotion until I have no wheezing and coughing...hopefully it won't be any more than a couple of days out until I return to try and catch up all of you fit people!
I look forward to my return, as I am sure you all do too. :) lol

I don't think my schedule is quite up for Idaho City. I am planning on heading out for a Homer loop and maybe a bit farther, so if anyone is interested in joining me I will be at Camelsback at 9:00 am tomorrow.
