Game Day swim Training

yeees...that's awesome. We'll have to incorporate that into our pond swims.

My worst encounter, besides the time Justine jumped in my pool lane (without warning) and gave me a nice elbow to the cranium...was at the Chicago Triathlon last year where some guy literally grabbed my shoulder pulled & pushed me back and down while he swam over the top of me. Not sure who it was...but after the race I was talking about how I was 'fouled' and Matt Reed said, "ahh that's nothing, that's the usual treatment" so he is suspect number 1.
