just wondering if anyone will be there keep me company? im doing the half marathon (my first one!)...ekk!:eek:

LIES, a few buddies of mine use Vbulletin for their sites, I will ask them how to change stuff....

The race is this Saturday at 9:30. www.prisonbreakhalf.com (http://www.prisonbreakhalf.com). I think i am going to do it i just dont wanna rest, just throw my shoes on and my headphones and just go on a long 'training run'. such is the mentality of a distance swimmer. sighh. looks like im gonna be the only one, i think there is a 10k and 5k too.

I think Doc James is doing it also, He was looking for someone to mabey ride out with before hand. I am still thinking about it, it will be a game time decision. If I do I will probably skip instead of run to do a little cross training, plus I have never skipped 13.1 miles and it sounds like fun. I may even wear ankle weights.

el oh els. I was actually gonna have a little dance party for 13 miles, I am pretty good at entertaining myself! Still have some soreness i need to man up and overcome. we will see....
