It was a fantastic end to the season of BRICS...oddly I will miss them:confused:. I know almost everyone who was consistent dropped a lot of time to their mile pace....

Thanks for joining in the fun, it feels good to run fast (hurt) with so many others.

Agreed! Wednesday nights were my first workout with the group back in July, and have always been a blast. Definitely will be missed.

Another fantastic Wednesday night workout. It's hard to believe since I started the w/o's in September, my interval time went down 3 minutes!! I had my fastest time ever on my last one - pretty darn lucky!;) Thanks to you all for helping me and most of all making me feel welcome. I can't wait for our winter training - and maybe I'll attempt yoga!! :eek: If you are running on Saturday, I'll be at the 2nd aid station! I'll be cheering for you and good luck!

Great group to work out with.....time to move onto the Winter's conditioning, which should be just as rewarding.

New training times, events will be posted, but begin on Monday 17th, Nov.

It is such a good looking group, I would hate to ruin that with a picture of my ugly mug:)

Sorry I have missed the group the last couple of weeks but, I am getting nice and plump, sleeping and working really hard on losing some fitness and gaining some motivation over the next few weeks.

The group workouts are second to none (I haven't worked this hard in 9 or 10 years) and I look forward to the great things to come in 2009.

See you all in mid November...fat, happy and well rested!

Wow, well I just registered to post on the forum and boy am I glad I did cause there's a HUGE pic of me looking like i'm having the time of my life last night.

Joe, for your information my shirt did smell great. It's not that I was tired in this pic I just wanted to smell the strong scent of Tide because you stunk when standing next to me TAKING the picture!

RETURN the shirt! ;)

On a real note, I really will miss Wednesday nights. You guys are a great group and have made it easy for a Boise and triathlon newbie to transition into the club! Thanks!!!
