First I want to thank Harold for such a great program and for bringing such a great group of people together. Second, I want to thank the group of crazies at the Aeros tent. You guys were awesome and helped so much
with the cheers and high fives. (esp. the start of the second lap). And I want to thank all the rest of you that were out there braving the elements to cheer on your teamates and friends. Being racers Im sure you know how much it helps to have people out there giving you that little boost to keep you going.
My race was good! Missed my goal by 3 minutes, but considering the conditions, not bad. Had a great swim and a great run for me. Felt better off the bike going into the run then I ever have, what a great feeling.
I guess florida has to wait til next year. Couldnt bring myself to sign up for CDA after the race (wonder why??) so looks like we keep the focus on the
70.3. Thanks also to Decker for his support after the race. The disappointment passed and Im just glad I was able to be out there and have a safe race. (how's the feet?).
Congrats to Dan, WOW!!! How much faster can you get? I can't wait to watch and see. Congrats to Kyle, Decker, on being top 3. Great job
Kevin, #1 out of the water against the best in the world, thats just sick!
Has to feel pretty good. Great job to Antonio for pulling of a solid 10th place with everything that you have delt with over the past month. And congrats to everyone else who battled the distance and the elements and came home stronger than ever. Can't wait for the next Race.
