Boise 70.3!

I've put together a very comprehensive plan for the Boise 70.3 next season (and any consequent Ironman events). And, since it begins this week I was hoping to meet up with all of you who are going to use me as their coach to go over the program in detail. I would like to meet up with the group this Thursday, 20th at 7.00 pm immediately after the evening's spin class at the Downtown Y.

Please let me know if you will be attending. That way I can plan on getting enough programs printed and deciding where we need to meet.

There may be a limit on how many individuals that I can effectively work with, so please get your name in early to secure a place.
