I posted this on the other forum as well, but if there is anyone who doesn't go to both:

I'm going down to do the Silverman Bike course in 6 weeks and need to get a few longer rides under my belt. I plan on doing the following and would certainly enjoy any company.

10/5 3 hours
10/11-12 4.5 hours
10/18-19 6 hours

I'm tracking my bike fitness with a simple 1 hr computrainer ride/week. (see mdotdoc.blogspot.com) Should be fun.

Hi Jeff,

Dan and I, and occasionally some others, go for our long rides on Sunday mornings at 9.00 a.m. Our plan for the next 3 Sundays leading up to Nov 8th is: 60 miles, 70 miles, 50 miles. Please join us if that works for you. We leave from Camel's Back.

Also, there is a regular group meeting several times per week for training; these are,

Monday: 6.00 pm Anne Frank's Memorial. 45 mins easy run.
Tuesday: 5.30 pm Camel's Back. 20 miles hard ride (drop ride).
Wed: 5.30 pm. BHS track. Bric session.
Fri: 5.00 pm Camel's Back. Bike intervals.
Sat: 9.00 am. Open water swim, 1 hour run. Clock Tower Pond.
Sun: 9.00 am. Camel's back. Long ride.

Hope this helps,
Harold.
