Hi Jodi,
Only just read your entry. You need to register first (one time only) and create your own username and password. Once you had done this, then go to 'forum' located in the right hand frame, then click on the actual club logo (it tells you to do this), then click on 'calendar'. Every single work out for every day is on the calender. It sounds difficult but it is actually very user friendly.
